Believe

When we’ve been told we’re not good enough, whether directly or indirectly, repeatedly, over an extended period of time, we may start believing it.

Don’t believe it. Don’t get discouraged. Don’t get down on yourself.

When one door is closed, open another one.

Adjust. Make changes. Control what you can control. Whatever you do, don’t give up on yourself. Don’t stop. Keep moving forward.
