Last evening I was laying in bed and got a jolt of energy. I wanted to go for a run.
I already showered and was resting and relaxing before going to sleep.
I worked out multiple times during the day.
Although I contemplated getting up and running, I knew it was in my body’s best interest not to.
Know your body. Listen to your body. Know when enough is enough.
When we’re motivated and feel good, we can overdo it. It can backfire. We can overtrain and hurt ourselves.
Have the discipline to hold yourself back.
