I don’t know about you, but my mood can swing from high to low or low to high in an instant.
It only takes one small thing to change it.
Life is a roller coaster. So are our thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
I believe it’s natural and normal to experience such swings.
Although I always try to remain calm and in control, sometimes the swings can be extreme, severe, and nasty.
I can go from being on top of the world to underground like that. I can go in the opposite direction, too.
Over the years, I’ve learned my main triggers – being stressed, being tired, and overeating.
