Hitting the Numbers

I don’t believe in counting macros.

I do believe in being conscious of what we put in our bodies.

Constantly trying to eat a perfect diet and constantly trying to hit certain numbers is exhausting. Been there, done that.

Be aware of what we’re eating and how much we’re eating.

Practice eating a balanced, not rigid, diet.

No foods are off-limits.

Live a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
