Set the Tone

If it is a priority, do it first.

The longer you wait and more you put it off, the more likely you are not to do it.

I am a priority. My health is a priority.

That’s why I run, train, and write first thing in the morning.

These activities are beneficial to my physical and mental health. They set the tone for my day.
