Do It for You

20 miler complete.

I accidentally stopped my watch.

It frustrated me because I wanted to see 20 miles on my watch.

I care about my pace, time, and distance, but they’re not the most important thing.

I challenged myself, tested myself, pushed myself, and proved to myself that I can do it. That’s what’s important.

I didn’t run 20 miles just to see it on my watch.

I ran 20 miles for me. I ran 20 miles because I wanted to.

You don’t need a watch to tell you that you’re good enough.

It doesn’t matter how fast you run, how far you run, and how long you run.

Moving is invigorating.

Get out there and get moving.

Get out there and run or walk or bike or do anything.

Just move. And move at your own pace.

When you move, you’ll empower, motivate, and inspire others to move.
