Uncomfortable

When we get uncomfortable, we seek comfort.

It’s an automatic response. We want to feel comfy and cozy inside.

What if we embraced the discomfort?

Could it make the situation less scary? What could we learn? What could the experience teach us? Could it change us and our perspective? What good could come out of it?
