A Few Quick Takes on Food and Dieting

1. I believe there is a time and place for dieting.

If we want to lose weight and fat, some restriction and control is required.

2. I believe food is fuel for training and performing.

If we want to train at a high-level and perform at our best, we need sufficient energy.

3. I believe in eating mindfully.

Be aware of what we are consuming and putting in our bodies. No foods are off-limits. Be conscious. Eat when we are hungry. Stop when we are full. Eat less junk food. Eat more natural, whole, fresh, nutritious, healthy foods and ingredients. It’s a lifestyle.
