Stay hydrated.

Try this:

Drink 16 ounces of water right when you wake up.

Drink 16 ounces of water at lunch.

Drink 16 ounces of water before going to sleep (or slightly before).

Although you most likely need to drink more water than this, it is a foolproof, mindless way to ensure you are at least drinking some water consistently throughout the day.
