What We Can Do

Do the exercises we can do.

Rather than focusing on where we want to be and what we can’t do, focus on where we are and what we can do.

Most of us have limitations and aren’t able to successfully complete all forms of exercise.

A workout is a workout. Moving is moving. Activity is activity.

Start where you are. Do what you can do and get better at it. Then build on top of it.
