A Tale of Two Stories

There are people who collect shoes and have hundreds of pairs – some never worn with price tags still on them. There are people who don’t have shoes. There are people who have shoes with holes in them and can’t afford to buy a new pair.

There are people living in mansions. There are people homeless.

There are people who have personal chefs and eat lavish meals at fancy restaurants. There are people who are hungry and starving.

There are people who have multiple luxury cars. There are people who have to walk and can’t afford a bike and public transportation.

These are facts. This is a reminder. Before we waste and live in excess, think about humanity. Think about all of those out there who can desperately use some help.
