How well can we perform the most basic, simple movements? Have we mastered the fundamentals? Do we have a strong core and foundation?

Before trying all of the crazy movements and exercises out there, master the fundamentals.

We can be strong, healthy, fit, and in excellent shape by consistently practicing and repeating the basics.
