Watch a funny show or movie. Listen to a comedian or funny podcast.

I believe we should make laughing a priority and laugh more every day.

Put laughing right up there with eating, drinking water, sleeping, moving, and reading.

Laughing is good for our health.

Laughing feels good. Laughing puts us in a better mood. Laughter is good for our heart and soul.

Don’t take ourselves and our lives so seriously. Worry less. Laugh more.
